Deck Master Duel: Revamp 1.3   Yu-Gi-Oh Trading Card Game

Set Up:

2+ Players 59 Card decks. + 1 Deck Master   and 1 Duelist

Procedures:

1.Decks can only include 1 copy of a card unless stated otherwise by an effect.

2.Duels follow Master Rule 3, no Link Monsters are permitted due to multiplayer games, but can be used as just extra deck monsters you summon to main monster zone (There is no extra monster zone.)

3.The game follows the TCG rules of Yu-Gi-Oh! Latest version with exclusion of Links.

4. Duels begin with 12000 LP and each player starts the duel with 6 cards in hand, If they do not like the hand, they may shuffle it back into the deck and draw 6 new cards, and then place 1 card from their hand on the bottom of their deck.

5.Additional Rules that change game play:

  • Summoning: each player can only summon a maximum of 3 monsters(‘) per turn. (This is not affected by cards such as double summon, that Grant an additional normal) *Pendulum summoning counts as PER monster summoned* not all 1 big summon like usual.

  • After you reach your 3rd standby phase, you can now summon up to 4 monsters a turn, once you reach your  5th, summon limit is gone.

6. The Deck Master:

  • Your deck master is placed in a new zone called the DM Zone. Your Deck Master is a special new type of monster that has 2 effects, like a pendulum monster; an effect while it’s in the DM zone, and a monster effect when in the main monster zone.

  • Deck Masters start the duel Face-down. The turn player can flip their Deck Master Face-up if their turn count equals or exceeds the Time counter number on the card, During the main phase.

  • Deck masters are unaffected by opponents cards and effects while Face-down in the DM zone.

  • To Summon a DM it must be face-up and you can summon it as if it was in your hand.

  • If a DM is destroyed while in the Main monster zone; it returns to the DM zone face-down and its turn count number is increased by 2 for each time its been destroyed.

  • DM monsters can be destroyed in the DM while face-up and count as monsters but cannot attack from their unless stated otherwise. Cards that destroy monsters on the field does not affect the DM in the zone unless it targets.

  • If the DM is used as Synchro, fusion, detached as Xyz material or would be returned to hand, deck, banished, it is returned to the DM zone Face-Down but this does not increase turn count

  • You can only flip the DM face-up once per turn.
